Verification starts from 6:00 AM. Competition starts at 8:00 AM.

Competitors are required to appear for verification no later than 2 hours before the start of their category. Verification is open until 4 PM. Detailed start times for categories and verification times will be provided in the last week before the competition. Each competitor must be aware that their category may start much earlier/later than scheduled. This is due to changes in the number of competitors in categories/duration of other fights.

Participation fee:
- I term until 19.11.2025 - 200 PLN
- II term from 20.11.2025 to 03.12.2025 - 250 PLN.

If the participation fee is not posted by 23:59:59 on 03.12.2025 - the application is invalid.

We introduce a registration limit of 650 paid athletes

Each competitor can start only in one age and weight category during one tournament.
- Competitor is verified and weighed on the day of competition. Official weighing from 06:00 (no weight tolerance during official weighing for Jr. and Sr.). Cadets have weight tolerance within 454 g
- Required attire: MMA shorts/compression shorts. Without pockets, zippers, fasteners. Any foreign substances other than the material from which the shorts are made cannot be present on the shorts. External lacing of shorts is not allowed, must be inside the waistband. Rashguard only with short sleeves (exceptions mentioned in competition regulations)
- Gloves and shin guards for fighting are provided by the Organizer
- Each competitor must be equipped with his/her own mouthguard and groin protector (women are not required to wear groin protector)


We also remind that only and exclusively amateurs have the right to compete. No competitor with a professional record in combat sports has the possibility to compete in the MMA POLSKA tournament.

- ID card or other identity document with photo
- Cadets Group A, Jr. and Sr. valid medical tests: Hepatitis B (Hepatitis B, HBsAg), Hepatitis C (Hepatitis C, HCVsAb), HIV (p24 antigen and HIV 1+2 antibodies). Test results cannot be older than 6 months from the day of competition. Results must be in Polish or English. Tests must be presented in the form of original printouts.
- cadets A, B, C, Jr. Sr. document from sports doctor, family doctor or other with ABC sports medicine qualifications, with information about fitness to practice MMA.
- In case of registration of a competitor under 18 years of age (cadets), it is necessary to fill out consent for participation in the competition and sign by all legal guardians. At the competition, you must show the ORIGINAL consent.

- Competitors are required to present Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) covering MMA on the day of competition. If the competitor cannot find insurance covering MMA, they should purchase Personal Accident Insurance for striking combat sports such as: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, K1 or related. If competitors are covered by club Personal Accident Insurance – the policy must contain a page with detailed competitor data or an additional page, with insurance agent stamp, detailing the names covered by the policy. The policy must be issued in Polish, English or sworn translation into Polish must be attached to the policy.

Cadets A (U18) in ranking tournament as well as first step tournament, fight in headgear. Head strikes are allowed for this group of competitors only in standing position.

IMPORTANT! Only and exclusively amateurs have the right to compete, no competitor with a professional record in combat sports has the possibility to compete. A first step competitor can be a person whose amateur record includes a maximum of 3 fights.

Q: Do fights take place in headgear?
Only cadet A fights in regular tournament and cadet A/jr/sr fights in first step are fought in headgear.

Q: How many fights can I have fought to compete in first step?
A: In first step, competitors who have no more than 3 fights on their record can compete.

Q: Is there a tournament system in first step, or do you fight only one fight?
A: In first step there is a tournament system.

Q: Are head strikes allowed on the ground?
A: Head strikes on the ground are allowed in Jr. and Sr. categories (Also in first step) except for elbow strikes, forearm strikes and leg strikes.

Q: Are knees allowed?
A: Knee strikes are allowed for cadet A, Jr., seniors except for knee strikes to the head both in standing and ground.

Q: How to change weight category after already registering?
A: In case competitor wants to change weight or age category - it can be done after logging into your profile in the system - under the "competitions" tab.

Q: Can I get medical tests done on site before the competition?
A: There is no possibility to perform competitor medical tests on site.

Q: Does insurance have to be for MMA, or can it be e.g. for Muay Thai?
A: Competitor insurance should cover combat sports with MMA included.
